Dial *#06# on your phone's keypad. A 15-digit number will appear on screen — this is your IMEI. Write it down or take a screenshot.

Step 3: Receive Your Code

Your unique unlock code will be sent to you via email. Turnaround times vary by model and network, but many codes are delivered within hours.

Step 4: Enter the Code

Insert a SIM card from a different network to the one your phone is locked to. Your phone will prompt you for an unlock code. Enter the code we provided and your phone is unlocked permanently.
